MSA EVENTS & ACTIVITIES

1. MSA General Body Meeting (Friday, Jan-29)

You are all invited to our weekly General Body Meeting (GBM) this coming FRI @ 6:00 PM.  Come out to meet new people, see old friends and have FREE PIZZA.

2. OSU Sisters Circle (Mondays)

Join the Sisters weekly to strengthen your eman, the bonds of sisterhood and dedicate time to Allah in the midst of the craziness that is college life. Description: We meet every Monday and on alternating weeks, we will have a HALAQA one week and a SOCIAL EVENT the next (i.e. dinner, ice-skating, wall-climbing…etc).

  • THIS MONDAY Feb-1: Speed dating event! Muslim and Christian girls will have the chance to ask each other questions about each others’ faith and beliefs in a speed dating set up! Bring your friends, Muslims, and non Muslims. And please be on time! 4. NEW! MSA Tutoring Services (Tuesdays & Thursdays)

MSA tutoring services is FREE for registered MSA members. Everybody is welcomed to register with MSA. First session is FREE for non-members.

2. Opportunity from USG (Deadline Jan-28)

The Undergraduate Student Government (USG) of OSU is now accepting applications for “Academic Enrichment Grants.” These grants are worth up to $500 and they can be used towards anything from studying abroad to research, or any other project you have in mind. The condition is that you must prove this grant will help enrich your academic experience outside the traditional classroom.
